Cancellation Policy

Discovery Call Policy Purpose The Discovery Call is designed to understand potential clients' needs, objectives, and challenges. It is also an opportunity to explore how our services can provide solutions and create value for your organization. Duration - Each Discovery Call is scheduled for a maximum of 30 minutes. Scheduling - Discovery Calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. - Clients will receive a confirmation email with a link to the virtual meeting platform. Preparation - Participants are encouraged to prepare any questions or topics they wish to discuss during the call. - Relevant background information about your wellness and health should be shared with us at least 24 hours before the call to ensure a productive discussion. Attendance - All scheduled participants are expected to attend the call. If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 24 hours before the meeting. - We allow one rescheduling of the call. After the allowed one rescheduled Discovery Call, a change of $60 may result. Conduct - Participants must join the call on time. The call will end at the originally scheduled time if you are late. - We request that all participants be in a quiet environment to facilitate clear communication. Follow-Up - A summary of key discussion points and next steps will be provided within 48 hours after the call. - Further questions or information requests can be emailed following the call. Confidentiality - All discussions during the Discovery Call are confidential. We respect your privacy and the sensitive nature of your health and wellness information. Feedback - We welcome feedback on the Discovery Call process to improve future engagements. Please feel free to share your thoughts after the session.
